To access our online booking portal, click on “Book an appointment”
All active patients can easily access this system. You simply need to enter your name, personal health number (PHN), and birthdate. You will be able to view your doctor’s schedule, receive appointment reminders and cancel appointments.
Forms and requisitions may also be sent to you through Ocean rather than through the Kits Family Practice gmail account. Watch for emails from “Ocean MD”.

Our COVID office policy:
At Kits Family Practice, most of our physicians will still wear masks when they are seeing patients in-person in order to protect themselves and others. Please wear a mask when you come into the office if you have any possible symptoms of COVID-19 infection as we see many patients who are immunocompromised.
