This practice began when Dr. Helen Chen and Dr. Winnie Su started the practice together a few blocks away in April, 2003, with Dr. Jenny Liu joining them in 2005. In 2020, we named our clinic “Kits Family Practice” as we moved into newly built space. For over 20 years, as a group of family physicians, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centred healthcare to our large community of over 6000 patients as well as educating medical students and residents to become excellent family physicians. As of July 1, 2026, the ownership of Kits Family Practice has been transferred to Dr. Adeyinka Adeniyi, a dedicated Nigerian British-trained family physician. Associate family physician, Dr. Alesia DiCicco, will stay on with Kits Family Practice, and together with Dr. Adeniyi, will carry on the legacy of Kits Family Practice in providing patient-centred care.
