Dear patients,
I have just wrapped up my work at Kits Family Practice (KFP) as of July 1, 2026. A big heartfelt
thank you to all who took the time to come to say your good-byes, to bring me gifts, and to
send me cards and messages in the past few months! I am extremely humbled and
overwhelmed by your love, appreciation, generosity and the lavish gifts that you showered me
with. I will forever cherish the bonds we formed over the years and the memories we built
together. Thank you again for giving me the opportunity and privilege to take care of you and
your loved ones in my 26-year career in family medicine.
Dr. Adeyinka Adeniyi (male doctor) will be taking over Kits Family Practice starting on July 1,
2026. If you don’t move to another clinic, he will be your family doctor from now on. You can
see him in person or virtually as you normally did with me. Please make sure to include his
name on all your test requisitions, and inform any other doctor or specialist you may see about
the change in your family doctor. He will be working 2 half days and 1 full day in the first part
of July, then full time starting the last week of July.
Dr. Alesia DiCicco (female doctor) has been our office associate since December 2025. She will
stay at KFP but as the office associate for now. That means you can book with her for any
concerns but she will not be your family doctor. She works four days per week currently.
Unfortunately, Dr. Jeraldine Chan will not continue working at KFP anymore after July 1, 2026.
Dr. Winnie Su will also leave KFP after July to pursue other work in medicine. Dr. Jenny Liu is
moving to another location in North Vancouver.
Our lovely front desk staff, Sandy and Joy will stay at KFP. Our phone and fax numbers, email
address, online booking system and clinic website will stay the same. You can continue to
access care the same way as before.
Your records will stay at KFP unless you transfer to another clinic. If you need your records
transferred, please send a request from your new doctor’s office to KFP and we will take care of
the transfer. A standard fee will charged based on Doctors of BC recommended rate.
