1. COVID Update:
We are seeing a dramatic surge in COVID cases in the community and hospital-settings. Therefore, for the safety of our other patients (especially those who are immunocompromised)
– If possible, please mask when you come to the office.
– If you have a fever/sore throat/cough/congestion – please inform us
– If you have symptoms, please COVID test at home if possible
2. Flu Vaccines!
Please be patient. We will be starting our flu clinics very soon, as we have been delayed by a transition to a new online booking system.
We will not be administering COVID vaccines. As per public health, we recommend that ALL individuals (6 months and older) receive the flu vaccine AND the COVID vaccine at the same time if possible, to provide immunity/protection as soon as possible. Therefore, we encourage patients to either book with their pharmacy or through public health.
Some patients may choose to book with us for their flu vaccines due to specific circumstances (eg. young children/babies, not due for their COVID vaccine yet). We will update you on our Flumist (nasal spray) availability once our flu clinics are underway.
